My Go-To for Wellness Tips

This week’s Go-To social media account is @iamwellandgood Ya’ll this page speaks all of my languages 🤩 !! They are focused on “decoding what it means to live a well life, inside and out” and do so with some of the most creative and clever posts ever. I love their design aesthetic and the content. They have a similar posting philosophy as I do–a healthy mix of story telling posts, sometimes carousel, and other times a strong image to tell it all. They then have reels that are funny and timely. I always see their stuff and say “yes, totally, they get me, these are my people…every time.” Be sure to follow if you are looking for that same kind of thing.
