Embracing a healthier lifestyle isn’t just about the body; it’s also for the mind and soul. It’s a journey toward balance, where mindful choices become stepping stones to a brighter outlook. I’ve had to learn this the hard way and have spent much time in counseling trying to have a good balance. With all of that said, I still struggle with depression, and I know a lot of you do as well.
