Do you ever stop and ask yourself, what I am today? It seems silly but knowing your state of mind, what you are worried about, and what you are grateful for are all good things to check-in on each day. I do my daily devotionals (which I love sharing with you every Monday), and then try and journal more about it, and then I pray. This morning ritual really gears me up for my day and gets me focused on the things that are important. It also allows me a chance to address anything that is good or anything that might be a trigger, and try and work on those areas before they begin to fester. Here is my list today and there is a blank one for you to use (and share like this if you want). Maybe it will start to help you too!?
