“It was all a dream…” but what if I told you that your dreams and your faith are meant to work together to create something unstoppable?
In this week’s episode of Never Stop Dreaming Biggie, I’m sitting down with two incredible mentors who changed the trajectory of my business journey – Tim and Rebecca Lindsay, founders of the Unstoppable Growth program. We’re diving deep into Christian entrepreneurship, spiritual gifts, and how to build a kingdom business that creates lasting impact.
Here’s what I see happening everywhere: ambitious women who love God are trying to build businesses while keeping their faith in a separate box. They think spirituality and entrepreneurship don’t mix, or worse, they feel guilty for wanting to make money while serving God.
But what if I told you that this separation is exactly what’s keeping you stuck? What if your spiritual gifts aren’t meant to be hidden away on Sundays, but are actually your greatest business assets? What if the calling on your life is directly connected to the empire you’re meant to build?
For years, I kept my faith journey private. I was building businesses, creating communities, and helping women succeed, but I wasn’t fully integrating who I am spiritually with what I was building professionally. I was scared of being judged, worried about mixing business with beliefs, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how they fit together.
Then I went through Tim and Rebecca’s Unstoppable Growth program, and everything changed. They didn’t just teach me business strategies – they helped me discover how my spiritual gifts were actually my business superpowers. Through their vulnerability and wisdom, I found the courage to start sharing my story authentically.
That breakthrough moment led directly to launching The Brighter Side Society. Without their guidance in helping me integrate my faith with my business vision, I never would have had the courage to create the community that’s now transforming women’s lives across the country.
Tim and Rebecca taught me what I now call the Faith-Driven Business Framework – a way to build businesses that honor God while creating massive impact. Here’s how it works:
Your spiritual gifts aren’t just for church – they’re your business blueprint. Are you naturally gifted at bringing people together? That’s your networking and community-building superpower. Do you have the gift of teaching? That’s your content creation and program development strength. Rebecca said it perfectly: “Your spiritual gifts are your business superpowers.”
Every God-sized dream requires God-sized faith. When you align your business vision with what you believe you’re called to do, you tap into a source of energy and persistence that goes beyond human motivation. Your “why” becomes unshakeable because it’s rooted in something eternal.
Tim reminded us that “when faith meets action, you become unstoppable.” Faith without works is dead, and vision without execution is just wishful thinking. The magic happens when you combine believing with doing, praying with planning, and trusting with taking massive action.
Kingdom business isn’t about making less money – it’s about making money with purpose. It’s building something that serves others, creates transformation, and leaves a legacy that matters beyond your lifetime.
Ready to integrate faith into your business strategy? Start here:
Week 1: Take a spiritual gifts assessment and identify your top three gifts. Write down how each one shows up in your current business or could be developed into a business strength.
Week 2: Pray about your business vision. Ask God to reveal His heart for your work and any adjustments needed to align with His purposes.
Week 3: Choose one faith-driven action you’ve been avoiding and commit to completing it. This might be sharing your story, launching that program, or having that difficult conversation.
Include prayer in your business planning, seek wisdom from other faith-driven entrepreneurs, and remember that success and service aren’t mutually exclusive.
One thing Tim and Rebecca emphasized is that we’re not meant to build alone. Just like they found community in church planting that supported their entrepreneurial journey, we need people who understand both our business goals and our faith foundation.
This is exactly why I’m so passionate about The Brighter Side Society. Yes, we teach business strategies and mindset work, but we also create space for women to integrate their whole selves – including their faith – into their success journey. When you’re surrounded by people who celebrate both your spiritual growth AND your business wins, you become unstoppable.
Let’s be honest – building a faith-driven business isn’t always easy. You’ll face seasons where it feels like your prayers aren’t being answered fast enough, where competitors seem to succeed using methods that don’t align with your values, or where you question if you’re really called to entrepreneurship.
Here’s what I’ve learned: these struggles are part of the process. They refine your character, deepen your dependence on God, and ultimately make your success more meaningful. The women who push through these seasons with their integrity intact are the ones who build businesses that truly change the world.
Remember, God isn’t calling you to play small. He’s calling you to use every gift, every resource, and every opportunity to make maximum impact for His kingdom.
This week, I challenge you to have one conversation about faith and business. This could be:

This conversation with Tim and Rebecca reminded me why I’m so passionate about helping women build businesses that matter. Through The Brighter Side Society, Like Minded Charleston, and even The Holmestead Bar & Retreat, we’re creating spaces where women can bring their whole selves – faith included – to their success journey.
When we stop compartmentalizing our lives and start integrating our spiritual gifts with our business vision, we don’t just build successful companies – we build kingdom impact that lasts for generations.
Here’s the truth bomb: You don’t have to choose between loving God and building an empire. Your faith isn’t meant to make you smaller – it’s meant to make you unstoppable. When you align your gifts, your vision, and your actions with divine purpose, you become a force for transformation that nothing can stop.
Your dreams aren’t separate from your calling – they ARE your calling. And the world needs what you’re building.
