There are a few ways to do an exchange or return:

Send your customer this graphic and have them follow the instructions. Be sure to tell them to keep the tracking number in case the package is lost or delayed.

You can go into your back office and file a return/exchange in the system. The item they are exchanging must be in stock for you to do this, and remember you have 30 days to do a return (from the day of purchase). Then you can print and send them the label to put inside the package to return. This is better than the first option because it goes into the Zyia system before the package arrives. However, just because you’ve entered it that does not mean the customer is guaranteed to get the item. If the item is sold out when it is processed by Zyia, they will notify you and let you know your options.

You can do the above process and pay for the customer’s first return shipping. To do this, use Paypal shipping or Pirateship.com, create a label from their address (or your address if you are shipping it for them), guess the weight of the item (or use a scale), and send them a shipping label. This does cost a little but it offers exceptional customer service that will help ensure they become long term customers.

Be sure to set up an account with the Zyia Customer Service Portal to handle any items you need help with. They can assist with a number of items and issues and it is the best way to communicate with Customer Service. They normally respond within 24 hours to all requests.

Zyia sizing and materials can be inconsistent. It is a challenge and one corporate is working on. In the meantime, it's good to have the details you need to help your customers. Here are some good charts to reference and a Facebook page to use to get answers to your sizing and fit questions (also, feel free to contact your sponsor/upline with any sizing questions).

Do you have Zyia you want to sell or are you in desperate need of a piece of Zyia for a good customer? These are some rep sites you can use on Facebook.

A few pointers:

When selling items, the price needs to be at rep pricing or lower in order to sell. You can add on shipping costs to cover your expenses.

Be careful what you buy on these pages. First, if a piece is about to restock it is better to wait so you earn the commission and volume. Also, be sure to check out the rep to make sure she is legit (checking her Facebook page is a good indicator). Be sure to get a tracking number for the order. And remember, all sales are final, so if you get it and you or your customer do not want it, you will have to sell it on your own.
