Committing to the consistency of the right actions in your business will bring results, and time management is necessary. Adding a “power hour” is a tool for keeping structure and will help you prioritize time management!
Evaluating the amount of time you can by doing a time assessment on your daily activities will help you see how much time you let slip through the cracks. This is Assess, Plan, Re-Evaluate, Adjust, and Repeat!
Take steps towards building the ‘power hour” into your time management and continue to modify as needed; it is constantly changing.
Checklist: 🙌 Take a week and assess and write down ALL activities you perform and time spent on activity (driving, getting gas, going to the store, social media, work, picking up kids, sports, gym, dinner, etc.). 🙌 Identify income-generating tasks (creating conversations, follow-up, any lead magnets used, existing customer orders, reach-outs, scheduling content) 🙌 Set aside a daily “power hour” to focus solely on these tasks. Have the specific amount of time dedicated per task being performed. 🙌 Set your timer and test it out!!
